Service Description

In this private birth preparation class you and your partner learn all avoutn normal child birth including topics: - breathing exersise to help in pregnancy and early labour - when to go to hospital -what to expect during routine admission ( including Covid 19 procedures) - the use of labour ward facilities, including pool and bath - pain relief options - skin-to-skin - transfer to maternity ward after birth - individual questions answered All information is available in a fact sheet also.

To reschedule please contact me 48 hours in advance where possible. If I need to cancel due to a birth I will contact you as soon as possible.
